Description:
A leader who demonstrates proficiency in all quality leadership skills. Manages the care of the patient population and practices expert critical thinking skills. Assumes 24-hour responsibility for a patient care unit and acts as liaison between patients, team members, physicians, other customers, and administration.

Requirements Include:
* Must be a graduate of an Accredited Therapy Program
* Current state licensure where practicing or pending licensure
* Must have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification along with BCLS or ACLS.
