We are looking for talented and motivated candidates to join our team!
Physical Therapist:
- Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy
- Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
- Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
- Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Will work in a progressive, growing outcome driven national rehabilitation provider that demands quality and rewards excellence, where a wide range of core and specialty programs that focus on prevention and rehabilitation is offered. Facility has a proven track record as a results-oriented partner to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and school systems. We work closely as a team at all levels-locally, regionally and nationally. Requirements Include:
* Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
* National and state licensure or registration where practicing or pending licensure
* Must have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification along with
BCLS or ACLS.
* Experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic required.
* Hand and splinting experience preferred.
* Valid driver's license.
