Medicare patients primarily, MD on staff, will potentially need to go to more than 1 facility 8-3 workday m-f, 8:30-12:30 saturday. Would have to work at more than one facility to get 40 hours until it picks up. Facilities roughly 1100-2000 SQ FT, in professional buildings.
