Description:Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator Position Available Inpatient/Acute Care This 327 bed level II trauma community hospital with strong emphasis on cardiology services, member of Catholic Health East (CHE), is currently seeking a Full Time Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, to be part of a comprehensive, clinically-oriented pharmacy practice. Candidate must demonstrate an assertive personality and excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and commitment to self advance and update their clinical knowledge base. -Active participation on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. -Serve as a resource and instrumental member on various multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy. -Provide leadership. -Initiate processes to improve medication management of inpatients. -Provide direction and oversight to pharmacy clinical programs. -Serve as a resource for pharmacy staff and other members of the healthcare team. -Establish a residency program and participate in clerkship student teaching.
