Salary $95,000-125,000 Depending on Experience
- Full time - 6:00am-5:30pm and 7:30am - 6:00pm
- Variable Shift
- Licensure Required
Provides consultative services to the medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff. Provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals and compounds medications according to professional standards and practices. Acts in managing the daily operations of the Pharmacy in the absence of the Director.
10 Hour shifts. Pharmacists work every 3rd weekend. Benefits information attached. We can offer a $5000 for relocation assistance for out of state relocation. $2500 for within CA over 50 miles

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Current or Pending State License in Practicing State
Must Have current Cardiopulmonary (CPR) certification along with BCLS or ACLS
