This position plans, organizes, controls and directs the operational, continuous quality improvement, business, and clinical activities of the department. Prospect candidate will have B.S. in Pharmacy; Registered Pharmacist in the state of Ohio; Advanced degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of business, and/or clinical pharmacy health care environment trends.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Doctorate.
Current licensure in the state of practice. Experience
3 years experience in a hospital setting preferred.
