The Staff Pharmacist has the direct responsibility for the provision of quality and timely care to the patients of the Medical Center.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Entry-level degree (B.S., Pharm.D.) from an accredited college of pharmacy required. Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferred. Pharmacist licensure in the State of California req.
