We currently seek a strong leader to plan, organize and direct the operations and staff of our Pharmacy. We'll rely on you to meet quality assurance, safety and accreditation requirements, maintain the hospital formulary, manage the department operating budget, and hire, train and appraise your growing staff. This key assignment requires a licensed Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacy. Additionally, you'll need 3 years of supervisory experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy or completion of an ASHP-accredited hospital pharmacy residency and 1 year of supervisory experience.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Current State License
3 Years Hospital based experience
Prior experience in management role a plus
