Description:ADMINISTRATOR Our client is a state certified Medicare agency delivering skilled professional medical care in the privacy of the patient’s home and are experiencing unprecedented growth with 50 offices located in Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Ohio and Arizona. As they continue to grow and open offices in new markets, they recognize that their greatest assets are their quality employees. The Administrator assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Agency and reports directly to the Regional Director under the direction of the EVP and Governing Body. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 3 years progressive management experience and 2 years of recent experience as an Administrator • Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility and effectively supervise others • Possesses excellent problem solving techniques and abilities • Be knowledgeable of the statutory and administrative rules of the State Agency Health Care Administration and ensure compliance within the Agency • Excellent communication skills • Flexible, energetic and self-directed • Travel Required RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations of the agency • Employs, educates and evaluates staff • Provides written materials pertaining to the same and interpret materials as necessary • Implements administrative policies and procedures relating to Agency activities • Responsible for the daily operation of the Agency program as set forth in the state regulation and policies of the Agency • Directs installation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure achievement of objectives of the Agency • Implements standards and methods for measurement of effectiveness of Agency activities • Participates in preparation of the annual budget Reports to the Governing Body regarding changes that affect the Agency • Develops goals for the Agency • Authorizes purchases of equipment • Participates in National State and Local association organizations and meetings • Cooperates with other health related agencies and organizations in community activities • Ensures that all staff is adequately orientated to the Agency prior to patient contact • Presents annual program evaluation to the PAC • Oversees Private and MCR billing and AP and assures that proper billing procedures are followed This opportunity offers a COMPETITIVE SALARY and good benefits in an upbeat, rapid-growth environment.
