Evening/Weekend 3p-11pm
Duties:
Responsible for providing and coordinating total nursing care, health teaching, and health counseling of assigned patients during a given shift.
RN assures the delivery of quality patient care by assisting in the development and implementation of the interdisciplinary and nursing plan of care.
Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in nursing practice.
Able to perform nursing functions in the provision of patient care
Communicates effectively with staff, patients, families
Ability to lift, move and reposition patients
Protects confidentiality in all areas as applicable
Must work with rehabilitation patients from the ages of 20 through 65 years and older (adult and geriatric)
Organizes and prioritizes tasks and projects
Requirements:
Current Virginia RN license in good standing and current CPR certification;
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and/or has current Clinical Fellowship Year plan
Licensed or licensure eligible in Virginia
Current BLS CPR training
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
