Responsibilities:
This 12-hour shift works in a 2 bed ER/6 room clinic. Housing and 3 meals per day provided by the facility.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on nursing practice standards.
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide quality cost-effective and efficient care to achieve the best possible patient outcome.
Responsible for phlebotomy and respiratory care (we do not have ventilators).
Proficient IV Skills, computer literacy, current ACLS,
three years of current ER experience and ability to be a team player are essential functions to this position.
