RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- An experienced registered nurse who can independently assess, plan and deliver nursing care with a minimum of supervision and can demonstrate leadership qualities as well as advanced knowledge in specialty areas.
- Performs duties with wide latitude for exercise of independent judgment under general administrative supervision.
- Performs professional scientific and technical work of considerable difficulty and responsibility requiring somewhat extensive professional scientific training and experience.
- Must possess skills to assess and plan care for all patients.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Full-time Nights
Fl license and BLS req .
Bachelors in Nursing Pref.
Minimum of 4 years Clinical Surgical exp with acute care preferred in Post-Op Surgical/Ortho.
An experienced Clinical Surgical nurse that can independently oversee the daily operation of the unit during his/her shift.
Demonstrates leadership qualities as well as advanced knowledge in nursing practice.
Specialty Certifications Desireable.
