Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services, you will work with a clinical services team to drive the mission of the department: ·Commitment to excellence in enhancing the quality of life and promoting the highest level of patient care achievable. ·Dedication to promoting hope, confidence, and self-respect in our patients through clinical expertise and patient and family education programs. ·Commitment to maintaining the highest level of ethical standards, clinical expertise, and ongoing enhancement of professional skills. ·Integrating our therapy program for “seamless” delivery. Qualifications for this role include: ·Clinical Leadership in the Long-Term Care industry ·Valid California OT, PT or SLP license (or the ability to obtain licensure in CA) ·Solid understanding of services provided in the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology departments ·Excellent skills developing and delivering training programs ·Strong knowledge of PPS and Medicare Rules/Regulations ·Ability to travel throughout Houston & approximately 50% of your time.
