Postdoctoral Fellow PhD
This fully funded postdoctoral position in translational reproductive medicine research will involve conducting state-of-the-art experiments including single cell comparative genome hybridization (CGH) and array CGH in order to characterize the molecular nature of chromosomal aneuploidy in the preimplantation human embryo. This research will complement existing single cell genome wide expression, genotyping, and proteomic analyses to study the molecular biology of early human embryonic development. Among the many in-house resources currently available are an Affymetrix GeneChip System and an Applied Biosystems high-throughput quantitative PCR instrument.
