Labatory Director Opportunity!
This is a Director level position which will require the candidate to conduct the following duties:
- Develope department budget and analyze costs
- Develope and implement dept goals and objectives
- Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings
- Take responsibilities for recruitment, retention and developement of in-house employees
- Conduct empoyee performance evaluations.
- Perform conflict resolution and implement progressive disciplinary action.
- Perform general duties regarding performance of laboratory tests and procedures as required by Physicians to aid in the prognosis treatment and diagnosis of patients
Must have Masters Degree!!
