Director of Rick Management
Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee of the facility Patient Safety Plan
Will also be the facility Patient Safety Officer
Coordinate and facilitate clinical risk management facilities to prevent and/or minimize losses associated with identifiable risks, and to minimize and prevent claims of general and professional liability against the hospital.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required, Master preferred
Graduate Degree in Nursing or other related Health Care field preferred
Risk Management Certification preferred
Minimum 4 years experience in clinical risk management
At least 3 years management/leadership experience required
Requires good interpersonal skills and strong leadership abilities
Must posses knowledge of Regulatory and Legal requirements
Current RN license in Pennsylvania
Current certification in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred
