  Responsibilities:
  Developing, organizing, and implementing programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, as well as financial and talent management necessary for providing
  quality care.  Infection control, QI, MDS experience necessary.

  Requirements for this job:
  Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  A minimum of two years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
  Must be knowledgeable of current nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
  Prior supervisory experience in a long term healthcare setting is required.  You must have a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success.
